Located 3 miles from Llantwit Major, this lovely property is ideal for those looking for a beachside holiday. Limpert Bay is a rock and pebble beach, perfect for exploring and skimming pebbles.
The property comprises of a small kitchen area with a separate dining area, leading to a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. There is also a ground floor shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with lovely views over the bay, and an en-suite shower room. Outside the property there is a large lawned garden, shared with the owners.
Limpert Bay Cottage is situated on the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage Coast, a part of the Welsh Coastal Path that is surrounded by many places of interest. The local area is renowned for its heritage countryside walks, places of historical interest and fishing venues. The property is also within easy reach of Cardiff Airport, just 3 miles away. The market town of Cowbridge is 4 miles away, Llantwit Major is 3 miles away and Bridgend is 12 miles away. Many lovely pubs and restaurants serving delicious, home cooked food can also be found close to the property. Cardiff, Wales’ capital city, is just a 25 minute drive away and is home to Principality Stadium, Cardiff International Arena, Wales Millennium Centre, and Cardiff Bay. Beach 10 yards.
